Fine print line: We do not run a call centre. One person reads your message and replies with the setup that fits and its fixed fee.

What to include in your first message

Three things. Bas itna likhiye:

1. Your business type. Dental clinic, coaching centre, salon, real-estate agent, car wash. Every setup is built for one business type, so this comes first.
2. Your country and city. India setups are priced in INR and go live within 48 hours of the setup call. Outside India we quote in USD, and delivery is 2–14 days.
3. The problem you want fixed first. The one thing costing you customers right now: calls missed after closing, DMs nobody answered, patients who did not turn up, fees that were never followed up.

That is enough. No requirements document, no proposal round, no meeting ke baad meeting. We reply with the setup, the fixed one-time setup fee and the monthly care plan for your business type, and book the call.

Outside India?

Time zones. Our hours are Monday to Saturday, 10:00–19:00 IST. IST is UTC+5:30, so that is 04:30–13:30 UTC. Put your time zone in your first message; we offer call slots inside our hours that overlap your working day where possible, and we always reply within 1 business day.

Currency and invoicing. Global setups are quoted and invoiced in USD. You pay by card through a Stripe payment link. The one-time setup fee is paid before work starts; the monthly care plan is billed at go-live and then monthly on the same date; cancel anytime from the next billing date. No lock-in.

Delivery. 2–14 days from the 20-minute setup call, depending on the setup.

Platform charges. Meta WhatsApp Cloud API conversation fees, Google Ads spend, telecom, and AI model API usage where applicable are billed to you directly by those providers. They are not part of our fee.

Catalog. The USD catalog is being added. Until it is live, message us with your business type and we will send the USD setup fee and monthly care plan for that setup.

Language. English or Hindi, your choice.
